Rapper Lady Leshurr is in talks to join E4’s hit dating show Celebs Go Dating, reports suggest.
The 37-year-old pansexual star, who has previously appeared on Celebrity MasterChef and Dancing on Ice, could be set to make her return to reality television, according to The Sun.
Show bosses are currently in discussions with the Birmingham-born artist, though no contracts have been signed yet.
A source told The Sun: “Celebs Go Dating bosses think Lady Leshurr would be perfect for the next series, and they’ve had meetings with her.
“Nothing is signed on the dotted line yet but the chats have been promising. She’d be great TV, she isn’t afraid to say what she thinks and she went down well during her previous reality TV stints.”
The insider added: “She’s also openly pansexual, so would be willing to explore dates with both men and women, so there is lots of scope for some very interesting drama at the agency!”
Leshurr, whose real name is Melesha O’Garro, first discovered she was pansexual six years ago through American singer Kehlani’s tweets.
“I had never heard of it and after reading her tweets, I felt like everything she was saying applied to me,” Leshurr told Gay Times in 2018.
The rapper faced initial resistance from her former manager, who claimed it “wouldn’t be a good look” to come out publicly.
“I remember it made me feel so depressed because I wasn’t being allowed to be my authentic self,” she revealed.
“I’m just happy that I don’t have to hide anything anymore, I am free,” she added.
The Grime star initially rose to prominence through her Queen Speech rap freestyles, establishing herself as Grime royalty.
In 2016, she clinched the MOBO Award for Best Female Act, marking a significant milestone in her career.
Her success continued as she won Best Rap/Grime Act at the Birmingham Music Awards in 2019.
The following year, Leshurr received one of her highest honours when she was awarded the British Empire Medal in the Queen’s Birthday Honours list.
Alongside Leshurr, it has been reported that bosses are also lining up a newly single Love Island star Nicole Samuel, as well as her ex Ciaran Davies.

Samuel and Davies split up after four months together and were quickly in talks with Channel 4 bosses to join the show.
A source told The Sun: “Nicole was asked to come in for talks with bosses almost immediately after the split with Ciaran – she was a real character on the ITV show so E4 bosses are eager for her to sign up.”
Discussing Ciaran, the insider added: “It’s early stages in the planning for the next Celebs Go Dating series, but Ciaran is exactly the type of male celebrity bosses are looking for.
