Coleen Nolan has revealed she is set to become a grandmother for the fourth time, with her son Shane announcing his partner Kim is expecting their first child together.
The news comes just days after the Loose Women presenter shared that her daughter Ciara is also pregnant.
Shane, 36, posted an ultrasound scan on Instagram on Tuesday afternoon, writing: “Is there ever a right time to tell people ? But we think you should probably know, this family is just getting bigger baby.”
The television personality expressed her joy on social media, stating: “I can’t actually believe this but I wanted to share with you all that I’m going to be a Nanny AGAIN!”
In his heartfelt post, Shane added: “The most amazing feeling , we’re all so happy and we can’t wait to meet the newest member. @kimberley.s.6 you literally are Wonder Woman and you impress and make me fall in love with you more each day. Roll on November.”
The announcement indicates the baby is due later this year, with Shane praising his partner Kim in the emotional social media message.
Coleen shared her enthusiasm about the pregnancy news, writing: “I can’t actually believe this but I wanted to share with you all that I’m going to be a Nanny AGAIN!
“My first born Shane and his lovely partner Kim have just announced they are having a baby and I’m so excited!
“Wishing them all the congratulations in the world. I wonder what gender it’ll be? @iamshanenolan & @kimberley.s.6.”
Shane already has a daughter, Amelia, who was born in 2016. He and Kim went public with their romance last summer, approximately a year after Shane’s split from wife Maddie Wahdan became known.
Shane and Maddie had married in 2022 before separating the following year.
The baby announcement means Coleen will have two grandchildren arriving close together, as her daughter Ciara revealed her pregnancy just last week, with the 24-year-old expecting her first child with fiancé Maxx Innes.
Coleen’s middle child, Jake Roche, 32, became a father to a baby boy in November 2024.
Both Jake and Shane are Coleen’s children from her first marriage to actor Shane Richie.
Fellow Loose Women panellist Denise Welch responded to the announcement with humour, commenting: “Stop!!! It’s not fair!!!!”
Former soap actress Hayley Tamaddon wrote: “Oh congratulations @iamshanenolan and Col! This is amazing! Both your kids at the same time!”
Social media followers also flooded Coleen’s post with congratulatory messages. One fan noted: “Oh, congratulations to them both. 2 grandchildren in 1 year.”
Another joked: “Congratulations col at this rate you will nearly have as many grandchildren as animals.”
Additional well-wishers commented on the timing of the dual pregnancies. One wrote: “Congratulations Coleen you are going to be very busy.”
