Victoria Beckham has shared a light-hearted social media post showing her daughter Harper applying makeup to husband David, just hours after her eldest son Brooklyn appeared to take sides in an alleged family rift.
The fashion entrepreneur, 51, posted the video on Sunday afternoon, seemingly brushing off speculation about family tension that has intensified following Brooklyn’s declaration that he would “always choose” his wife Nicola Peltz amid rumours of strained relations within the Beckham clan.
Through her Victoria Beckham Beauty brand, the former Spice Girl shared footage of 13-year-old Harper applying makeup to David’s face with a brush.
“Okay, so Harper is putting some makeup on Daddy. Looking gorgeous,” Victoria can be heard saying in the video.
The playful clip also captured a moment when David teased his wife after she mistakenly referred to concealer as contour.
“Come on mum, get it right!” he joked as Victoria laughed and apologised for the mix-up.
The post came just hours after Brooklyn Beckham, 26, shared what some have described as a “damning message” for his parents on social media.
Alongside footage of himself and wife Nicola Peltz, 30, on a motorbike, Brooklyn wrote: “My whole world x I will love you forever x I always choose you baby x you’re the most amazing person i know xx me and you forever baby.”
The message has been interpreted by some as Brooklyn “brutally” choosing his wife in an apparent feud with his parents.

Nicola Peltz appeared to respond to her husband’s tribute by resharing the video on her own social media page.
Expressing solidarity with Brooklyn, whom she married three years ago, she wrote: “I’ve always got you baby.”
The exchange between the couple has fuelled further speculation about tensions within the Beckham family, with some observers suggesting the posts indicate a deepening divide between Brooklyn and his parents.
In an apparent show of family unity amid the speculation, Brooklyn’s younger brother Cruz Beckham, 20, defended their parents with a heartfelt social media post
Sharing a family photo featuring all six Beckhams, Cruz wrote: “I love my family, I love you guys more than anything, mum & dad, you gave us life and cared for us no matter what, I cannot tell you how blessed we all are to have you in our lives x.”
His message seemed to directly counter the narrative of a family at odds.
Speculation about a rift within the Beckham family has been circulating for some time, with reports of social media ‘snubs’ and Brooklyn and Nicola allegedly missing family celebrations in recent months.
Some observers have blamed Nicola for the apparent tension, though others have defended her, with a source previously telling the Mirror that she “encourages” Brooklyn to see his family.
Despite the rumoured “distance” between Brooklyn and his parents, Victoria expressed her love for her entire family, including Brooklyn, just last week.
