Dick Strawbridge and Angel Adoree have shared fresh photos of their Château de la Motte-Husson as they celebrated some spring firsts.
The former Escape to the Chateau couple continue to update fans about their lives in France despite their Channel 4 series having ended in 2022.
Sharing a new stunning photo this week, the famous chateau looked glorious in the sunshine, with fans rushing to the comments to gush at the family home and business.
The building stood against a striking blue sky, with the couple captioning the photo: “It’s a week of Chateau ‘Firsts!’
“First water lily of 2025. First events of 2025. First shipment en route for our new Australian hub! Exciting times.”
The family are often celebrating milestones, and as they marked the coming to life of their home and environment, fans were quick to celebrate with them.
Many also commented on the trees visible in the snap, recalling the episode in which the couple first laid the groundwork for the chateau’s outdoor space.
“I remember those trees when you purchased the place,” one penned, with a second adding: “I still remember the episode of cutting the trees…. Look how beautiful they are now!!!”

“I remember when you topped those trees and got in trouble for it LOL. They look lovely now,” another recalled.
Admiring the family’s lifestyle, another shared: “We are in France (from Australia). We took ourselves to Clermont Ferrand for 2 nights this week.
“Located the bar you went to, it now has new doors. Walked the alleyways , shopped, took a million pics of the cathedral and just loved every minute. Thank you for your inspiration.”
“We need to see the chateau on the telly box again! Sort it out Dick and Angel,” another fan begged.

Recently, Dick and Angel marked a sweet milestone of their daughter, Dorothy, as she turned 11 last month.
Alongside a collage of sweet photos, they penned: “Our little girl is 11 today!
“She continues to amaze us with her compassion, creativity and the way she embraces adventure! Happy Birthday sweet girl – you make us proud every single day.”
A much younger Dorothy appeared occasionally on the family’s hit Channel 4 series from 2016 to 2022, with the Strawbridges having left the UK to renovate the French chateau.
Through the husband and wife’s social media accounts, as well as their podcast and tours, fans are always kept updates in the latest goings-on within the family.
It is unsurprising that their latest post celebrating Dorothy’s milestone sparked a sentimental response from Instagram followers, who feel they have watched the pre-teen growing up.
One fan penned in the comments: “She is the double of you Angel! Happy birthday Dorothy.”
Fans have also continued to plead with the Strawbridge couple to bring back their podcast, with some also calling for another television series.
