Blake Lively has filed an amended legal complaint against her “It Ends With Us” co-star Justin Baldoni, alleging that two additional female actors felt uncomfortable on set and will testify in court.
The 141-page document, submitted late Tuesday in New York Federal Court, claims Lively “was not alone in complaining about Mr Baldoni” and that he acknowledged the complaints in writing when they arose in 2023.
The unnamed women have given Lively permission to share their communications and will produce documents during the discovery process.
According to the complaint, after Lively reported her concerns in May 2023, another female cast member raised similar issues with Sony’s Ange Gianetti and a producer.
The unnamed actress expressed that “the work on the Film was suffering as a result of Mr. Baldoni’s behaviour”, despite her “considerable reservations with coming forward”.
On June 8, the same actress confided in Lively about her “growing concerns with the conditions on set”.
Lively responded at the time: “I know I find it really hard to speak to him. I try to cover it with busyness but not sure that covers what’s going on.”
A second female cast member later confided in Lively about feeling uncomfortable on set, with all concerns documented in writing nearly a year before film editing began.
Baldoni responded to the initial actress’s concerns in June, acknowledging them in writing and promising “adjustments would be made”.
However, the complaint alleges Wayfarer Studios “took no actions to investigate this reported conduct, nor did it implement any protections at that time”.
The amended complaint also includes new defamation claims against Baldoni’s lawyer, Bryan Freedman, who is accused of issuing “inflammatory content to media outlets”.
Lively alleges Freedman has been “saying anything, whether true or false, that will harm Ms Lively’s credibility and intimidate others from speaking up on her behalf”.
Crisis PR representative Jed Wallace and his company, Street Relations Inc, have now been named as defendants in the suit for their alleged role in Baldoni’s team’s communications.
Both parties have denied all allegations against them and have shown no interest in settling the lawsuit.
Earlier this month, Lively and her husband Ryan Reynolds’ legal team subpoenaed phone records of Baldoni and others involved in the alleged plot to damage her reputation.
The trial is set for March 2026, with Baldoni’s lawyer dismissing the subpoenas as a “fishing expedition”.

Ryan Reynolds recently shocked viewers with a joke about the ongoing legal battle with Baldoni he is fighting with his wife Lively during last Sunday’s SNL 50th Anniversary Special.
During a Q&A session hosted by Tina Fey and Amy Poehler, Reynolds made light of the ongoing legal situation.
When asked “How’s it going?” by the hosts, Reynolds quipped, “Great – why, what have you heard?”
Justin Baldoni’s lawyer Bryan Freedman said of the joke: “I’m unaware of anybody, frankly, whose wife has been sexually harassed and has made jokes about that type of situation,” while speaking on Hot Mics with Billy Bush.
